As a Reed student, you can pursue a bachelor of arts degree in one of our 26 academic departments. We offer 38 majors, 13 of which are interdisciplinary, and you can even create your own major with college approval. Our curriculum includes a yearlong humanities course, broad distribution requirements, and a senior thesis. Our professors will be your mentors and advocates.
